Understanding of firearms safety, semi automatic handgun function and marksmanship fundamentals

Course Information

Take your handgun skills to the next level. With defensive pistol manipulation, this four hour course will increase your understanding of fundamental pistol handling, holster use, defensive tactics, barricades, reloading, marksmanship, moving while shooting and engaging multiple targets. This course is limited to 12 students and takes place down range. Offered in different classes covering different defensive fundamentals.

Choose from either class: Multiple Targets and Close Contact.

Gear Required

• Semi-automatic handgun
• Sturdy Belt
• OWB, IWB or thigh holster OWB (No shoulder, concealment, SERPA style or behind the back will be allowed for safety)
• Magazine Carrier
• 2 magazines - 4 or more is ideal
• Minimum 300 rounds of ammunition
• Eye and ear protection

Limited holster experience is acceptable as most drills are from the a ready position.

Defensive Handgun - Multiple Targets

See and engage multiple targets, move, shoot / don’t shoot exercises and more.

Defensive Handgun - Close Contact

Defend up close, retention skills, movement, non-gun defensive exercises and more.

Fees and Time

Course Fee: $160 - To reserve your place, full payment is required. Fees are non-refundable.
